The Varick Cutler Cornerstone Award is named after the late great NT star in recognition of individuals who exemplify the hard work and passion for the NT Basketball Program. We salute our recipients below:

He is #44 in the above photo from the NT archives but back in 2005 when the school district was about to cancel Freshman Basketball, Henry Wojtaszek stepped forward and funded that program and also made a nice donation to the initial Basketball Hall of fame class. We thank you Henry !

Long time JV Coach Joe Merlo was honored with the Cornerstone award in 2018 for his many years of grooming many future hall of famers under Head coach Ted Moore. Joe's son David and wife Betty accepted the cornerstone award in Joe's late honor.
